TRAINING BOOKING CONDITIONS

TERMS OF BUSINESS

The following terms and conditions govern business transacted with

Confirmation of Reservation

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required per delegate at the time of booking, Courses should be paid in full at least 10 working days to the commencement of the course.

To confirm your reservation and enroll for the course, you must do so at least 10 working days prior to course commencement by completing the registration form (which will be e-mailed or faxed to you) and paying, or agreeing to pay, for the course as set out above.

Late Bookings (within 10 working days of course commencement)

Bookings made within 10 working days of course commencement must be paid for in full, or agreed to be paid for immediately at time of enrolment.

Method of Payment

Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer (for which we will issue a pro forma invoice) or Online Credit / Debit card (for which we will issue a E-invoice)

Non payment of any invoice may result in interest being applied in accordance with the “Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998”.

Once we have received your full payment or deposit, we will confirm your reservation. We will post, fax or email you a confirmation package, which includes a registration confirmation number, directions to CADaptor Solutions training facilities, and if requested local hotel booking information.

If you have not received this package at least one week before the beginning of class, please call.

We recommend that delegates do not make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements without this confirmation package.

Cancellation

You may cancel a course for which you have enrolled and be fully refunded all course fees (less the £100 non-refundable deposit per person) provided you give CADaptor Solutions at least 6 working days notice prior to the course commencement.

If you cancel within 6 days of the course commencement then no course fees will be refunded.

All cancellations must be received in by post, fax or email and acknowledged by CADaptor Solutions.

In the event that it is necessary for CADaptor Solutions to cancel or reschedule a course, we will endeavour to give a minimum 10 working days notice. In such circumstances a full refund or alternative dates will be available and all liability by CADaptor Solutions will be limited to the value of the original course fee.

Attendance

If a delegate fails to attend the first or any subsequent day of a course, CADaptor Solutions reserves the right to deny the delegate entry to the classroom for the remainder of the course. If CADaptor Solutions exercises this right, the booking will be deemed cancelled and you will be liable for the full course fee.

Delegate substitutions are acceptable provided notice is given prior to course commencement and that the substitute delegate meets all course prerequisites or is approved by CADaptor Solutions management.

Transfer

You may transfer the course booking to alternative dates and incur no additional costs provided the request is made in writing at least 15 working days in advance of course commencement. Once within this time period a sliding scale of charges will apply as follows:

15 – 7 working days prior to course commencement
50% of course fee

6 – 0 working days prior to course commencement
100% of course fee

Changes to These Terms

CADaptor Solutions reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the web site.
